  5. secukupnya air.
  6. secukupnya minyak goreng u/menggoreng.
  7. Bahan sirup:.
  8. 1/2 gelas gula.
  9. 1/4 gelas air.

Langkah Memasak Jalebi

  1. Campur tepung, gula pasir, dan margarin cair hingga rata. Lalu tambahkan larutan ragi, aduk lagi sampe rata..
  2. Beri air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata, jangan sampe terlalu encer. Diamkan setengah jam ditutup kain basah..
  3. Masukkan ke botol yang tutupnya sudah dilubangi..
  4. Goreng di minyak yang panasnya sedang dengan cara membuat putaran seperti obat nyamuk bakar. Goreng hingga kecoklatan..
  5. Sirup nya : Masak gula bersama air di api kecil hingga mencair sempurna dan mengental..
  6. Celupkan satu persatu jalebi yang sudah digoreng tadi ke sirup, tiriskan, siap disajikan..
