Bahan Membuat Jalebi
- 2 cangkir terigu.
- 2 sdm maizena.
- 30 gr/3sdm mentega cair.
- 1,5 ragi instans (berhubung gak ada yogurt susah carinya).
- 1 cangkir air hangat (biang).
- 1 sdm gula pasir.
- Caramelnya:.
- 1 cangkir gula pasir.
- 1 cangkir air.
Langkah Memasak Jalebi
- Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena gula pasir, mentega cair.
- Siapkan ngebiang ragi selama 10 menit.
- Masukkan biang ragi aduk adonan tambahkan air hangat 1 cangkir aduk agak mengental.
- Diamkan adonan selama 30 menit sampai fermentasi berhasil.
- Masukkan ke wadah segitiga / plastik.
- Ikat adonan yangsudah. Masuk ke plastik segitiga.
- Panaskan gula dan air ke wajan sampai menjadi kental jangan lupa beri pewarna makanan kuning.
- Siapkan wajan berisi minyak goreng tunggu panas buat lingkaran obat nyamuk goreng sampai kecokelatan / keemasan.
- Lalu tiriskan dan masukkan gorengan tadi ke air gula dan tiriskan biarkan mengeras.
