Bahan Membuat Jalebi
- 5 sdm terigu.
- 1 sdm maizena.
- 1 sdm minyak.
- 1 sdm gula.
- 1/2 sdt ragi.
- 1/2 gelas air.
- Pewarna orange.
- Syrup.
- 1/2 gelas gula.
- 1 gelas air.
Langkah Memasak Jalebi
- Campur Ragi dan gula, tambahkan sedikit air hangat(ngak terlalu panas) hingga ragi aktif skitar 15 mnitan sisihkan..
- Siapkan bahan syrup. Masak gula dan air hingga mendidih sisihkan.
- Campur terigu, minyak, maizena, ragi yg telah aktif dengan 1/2 gelas air dan pewarna diamkan 1/2 jam..
- Setelah didiamkan, masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga, goreng dan bentuk sesuai selera.
- Setelah mateng masukkan jalebi kedalam syrup, rendamkan beberapa saat. Tiriskan dan siap santap..
