Bahan Membuat Pasta brulee

  1. 200 gram pasta (boleh ganti spagetty atau fusilli atau mie instant).
  2. 300 gram daging sapi giling.
  3. 200 gram sosis.
  4. 50 gram saus tomat.
  5. 2 buah tomat.
  6. 1 buah bombay.
  7. 1 sdt merica.
  8. 1/2 sdt garam.
  9. 1 sdm gula.
  10. 1 sdm kaldu jamur.
  11. 200 ml air.
  12. 40 gram mozarella iris tipis.
  13. Secukupnya minyak goreng.
  14. Brulee.
  15. 500 ml susu cair.
  16. 3 sdm tepung terigu.
  17. 20 gram unsalted butter (boleh ganti margarin).
  18. 50 gram keju cheddar parut.
  19. 1/4 sdt merica.

Langkah Memasak Pasta brulee

  1. Rebus pasta hingga empuk, air rebusan diberi 1 sdt minyak goreng dan sejumput garam. Sisihkan.
  2. Rebus tomat. Belah ujung tomat, agar mudah dikupas. Setelah kulit keriput, kupas dan potong2 dadu.
  3. Tumis bombay, masukkan daging cincang, air, saos tomat dan tomat yang sudah dipotong dadu. Hingga mendidih. Masukkan sosis, kaldu, garam dan gula. Aduk rata. Tunggu hingga air habis. Matikan kompor dan campur dengan pasta. Aduk rata. Tata di loyang (saya beri taburan cheddar parut, karena ada sisa di kulkas😁).
  4. Brulle: campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata. Didihkan hingga kental,sambil terus diaduk. Tuangkan ke atas pasta dan daging cincang..
  5. Kemudian tata mozarella diatas brulle. Panggang di oven, 20 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius, api atas bawah. Sajikan.
  6. Sajikan 😊.
